was going to remove my front wheel/tire today and get the tire changed but found i did not have an Allen Head large enough to fit the azel..
Anyone know what size it is... along with any other instructions on what to watch out for, torque settings, etc etc..
thanks.

I had the same question a couple of years ago. Follow this thread, it even has a picture of one made up

Any Cycle Gear store or bike shop..
Multiple sizes for most if not all axles..

Use a 5/8" allen wrench (with a 3/8 or 1/2 drive to fit your torque wrench) into the spark plug end of the socket. Works great. That's how I did it when I found my front wheel was installed backwards from the assembly dealer...

You can also use backed up allens. A 12MM backed with a 7mm will fit OK and allow you to spin the axle out. Make sure you have enough clearance on the fender before you start, otherwise you get to wrestle the fender and forks to get the wheel out. Good Luck
