I suspect tune ecu is no more..... I loaded a wise account, put $30 into it and attempted to connect the tunecu app to wisen to regitster. n Getting a 404 error.
Usually when you try to connect to your bike's ECU for the first time there will be a pop-up that says your bike is unregistered. I"m trying to recall but the three dots in the upper right corner should have a drop down that allow you to register your bike. The key is proper communication link, for the older bikes a cable with a chip is required. On the TuneECU website there is a note about the cable requirement: The cable I have I bought with TuneBoy from Australia in 2006 and works a treat on my Thunderbird and son-in-laws 2010 Speed Triple with a USB to USB-C adapter. Please note that if you buy cables from other sources, these cables are USB OBD2 KKL cables with FTDI chipset (VAG group).
Other cables will not work even if they have a FTDI chipset.
