Looks good and sure to apeal to the masses (of accountants and stock brokers who want to feel 'bad' and might also consider a Harley). Still doesn't seem to offer more than (or as much as) a VTX, except that it's a Triumph.

Give me the power and presence of a Rocket, handling of a T'Bird and riding position of a Speedmaster and I'd be very very happy. That's if I can't have a Rocket.

I personally can't see Triumph discontinuing the Rocket.
heck, it's the flagship of Triumph and still a one of a kind bike.
NOBODY else even comes close.
The Thunderbird is "nice", just like a vtx is nice.
But, it ain't no Rocket......
