Had fun. Nice and warm here today. Got it down on the pegs twice. Felt good. Looks like I have developed a small coolant leak somewhere. I think I read about the thermostat gaskets having issues. Can anyone address this ?

Some T bird riders have complained about hard leaned over scraping the frame or exhaust and lifting the rear tire off the ground. Have you ever done that on your Storm ?

Glad you got out today! Judy and I thought about it but we had a desk to refinish! :banghead: She's headed to Columbia, SC for a few days to work! I might ease out Tuesday or Wed.!

    Hey Josey!
In another thread about tail lights, someone was saying the T-Bird had LEDs.
Can you verify this and say how they compare to your Rocket tail lights?
Also, if the T-Bird's are better, can they be switched over?

They are LED. Don't know about switching. Look like they would fit but not sure.

I have the short pipes. Only had it on the peg warning nuts. No frame scrapes.

    Yes they are vastly better.
Yes they will fit with some modifications.
    Bike bandit has them.
Not sure about the wire connectors.

Thanx, @nolton for your efforts and for posting the pix!
IMHO, there be no contest! The Storm rear tail & brake light appears far superior in the photos and is likely even more so in person.
Now to find out about a possible swap over . . .
