my best guess would depend on how fast you are and what kind of tools you have
i would guess one half a day but make sure i had another day to work on it.

Ol, Tucson! I spent a week there one. night. So what I hear is, after gathering all proper tools from each end of the barn, basement, house and truck I'm lookin at a day and a half! I'm a tool-a-holic with ADD!

you should be alright just ask for help and someone will chime in.
there are different valve covers some work better than others. deoing a search might bring up some help on valve cover.

takes me a day, a full day to do right, lot of disassembly, lot of cleaning, lot of prep work to install.

Welcome to the nut farm. From my experience (usually bad) it tkes twice as long as you want and cost five times more than it's worth. Have fun!

Hahahaaaa!!! I like it!! And my ADD will have me stop to do 4 other things mid job.

While you are at it you can relocate your coolant overflow, a lot of people move it to under the seat where the OEM filter lives and there are even people that have removed the emission plumbing and canister behind the LH side cover to free up some room. So now we have made it a full day at least. Make sure to lay the gasket flat with a weight in it for a day or so before you install it.

Thanks Bob. It's been laying for about 3weeks. Sealant or no? Opinions? Anyone?
