Well this we be the big day, I know I'll be kicking of early to get things set up so if you feel like pitching in no need to be shy.
8am set up starts at Hervey Bay High School for the whole thing to kick off from 10am to 5pm I reckon is long enough.
As this is the first one and I have no idea of how many people will show up I think we start the Auction any where from 11am to 12pm. If my memory serves me correctly I think Ponters put his hand up to be the Auctioneer.
Depending on the level of power supply we have I am trying to convince a mates son who has a band to provide some entertainment. That way we get to use his sound gear as a PA (No Cash Needed)
After the clean up we head off for dinner.
Option 1 Sea food at the Caravan Park consisting of Prawns, Sand Crabs, Oysters, Scallops, 2 good sized Reef Fish for BBQ, & usual salads. Sea food will depend on market price will know in 2 weeks for a firm market price per Kilo.
Option 2 Eat out, Pub, RSL, Sportsmans Club, or Boat Club. All these venues have meals that start at $9.95 each for basic roasts to over $40 each for the posh stuff.
I personally think the sea food is a bloody good idea and you know it's fresh because we have our own Hervey Bay fishing fleet.
Saturday night eat, drink, talk bikes, tell jokes, take the piss out of each other until the Caravan park tells us to shut up, go to bed, or go home.
