I'm with the rest of them Battery, did you pull the headlight fuse when you were playing around with and loading the tune, these bikes really don't tolerate a part charged battery. When I am spending time fiddling with the TuneECU connected I always Now hook up a trickle charger or tender as they are called nowadays . Did you try jump starting from your car battery

No, no charger and didn't pull the fuse. I guess I missed that step in playing with TuneECU :)

It does make a lot of sense though and I believe if I wasn't so excited about hearing my pipes I probably would have realised/thought of it. I'll have a charger this afternoon, so I'll hook it up to that tonight and see how we go... be a shame to spend the Oversize Thunderbike Bars fund on getting her to the shop!

Thanks for all your help guys, greatly appreciated.

pleasure, don't worry we ALL act like kids in a lollie shop with our toys at times.... it's what keeps us young at heart:D

Thanks for the offer, it's hooked up to the charger now and i'll give it a go while it's still connected in about an hour (it is pretty low). If nothing, will leave overnight and if still nothing then i'll cry... I may give you a yell.

Cheers
Dean
