Another g'day from Downunder.
The rack might be a bit short but shouldn't be too hard to mount a plate or something to it. Triumph back rests come in a couple of sizes.
Plenty of throttle locks out there ranging from a few cents to make up to a couple of hundred $. Some cruise control options too.
Welcome aboard.

Just bought an '08 classic, LOVE IT! WHAT A BEAST! Had a v-star 1300 but someone turned in front of me and that bike is history. I'm ok, just bruised. Good thing I had on all the proper equipment.
Learned a lot from reading posts but have some questions if anyone can help. Where is the best place to get parts/extras? Throttle lock, pass backrest and luggage rack? Does the backrest need any extra brackets to mount it? Is the luggage rack as short as it looks in the pics? If so where can I get a longer one? My kuryakyn bag probably won't fit. Thanks

Warm welcomes from Wyoming
The throttle lock on my 05 is of the bar end 'twist' variety.
The pass back rest and luggage rack are a single piece and yes it is that small. It would be better if the back rest didn't 'recline' so far but...
It still manages to hold the requisite ironside bag trio adequately.
As our Down Under Bros mentioned. The Rocket is pretty much left out of the after market hassles.
It's such a pain going back all the time to pick up the bits suck off in the vacuum anyway.

Welcome from Michigan. Still not sure why in the hell I live here. Anyway, I made a luggage rack extender out of 1/4" lexan to hold my big back pack. I can send you picks of it if your thinking of making one. Don't listen to Skip, he's one of the kindest souls on here !
