Hello everyone from Florida!

Welcome Ricky
The starter relay is behind the right side cover - its the only one on that side
But is almost certainly not that.*
Key-switches are generally a non-issue on the Touring model although there have been a (very!) few that had some issues with the connector itself.

If you can describe a bit more detail about

lately been having intermittent issues with Starting it

What does that mean exactly - it doesn't start or doesn't crank?
Since you were considering the relay, I might presume it doesn't crank i.e. the starter does not run.
Some more clues will help us zone in on the issue
(observations when it does NOT work)
1. Is the headlight on when you turn on the key
2. Does it go out when you pull clutch and thumb the starter switch (regardless of whether the starter runs or not)?

Those simple observations will go a long way to determining the issue.

Keep us posted ...........

p.s. * & no I would not replace it with a general automotive relay - any relay controlled by the ECU has special suppression components; you do not want to stick up to several hundred volts back into your ECU a the relay coil field collapses!

welcome from arizona.
the starter relay from triumph is not that much. i have one as a spare and think it would probably replace the other relays if they went bad.

OK...
Right now everything is working as it should...only thing I did was swap relays around etc...made the mistake of swapping 1 from lh side to the starter one on RH side..luckily it didn't work..Only reason I noticed it was I lost my running lights ..regardless swapped it back..same problem.. When it happens , It cranks once then nothing , normally it will crank about 3 times and start.. I went to check it again a day later and its fine...ugh! As I said its intermittent , thats why I'm thinking relay? Where can I buy a new relay as the nearest dealership is 75 miles away from me...Is there an online store anywhere??

I seriously doubt its the relay
More common might be the clutch switch, or the starter solenoid itself
Again - it's really important if you can see what the headlight is doing WHILE you have the start button pressed
If it remains on, the relay is not throwing - which means either the relay itself (doubtful) or the clutch switch
If it goes off, then the relay IS throwing and that then puts you into the starter solenoid - it is not at all uncommon for the solenoid contacts to be problematic
But knowing what that headlight is doing WHILE the starter button is held is a really important piece of data - and cheaper than guessing at the relay.

Welcome from Florida!!I had the same symptoms with my 08R3T., ..would engage starter... slight turnover and then nothing...continued this for 3 or 4 times...then jump started with spare car battery and cranked right up....My battery is several years old and I had not used my battery tender. Once I started using the battery tender the problem is gone...conclusion...think about getting a new battery...Mike
