Headlight replacement bulbs

Couple questions on these:

1. Are they simply plug-n-play or are there any additional requirements like a balast os anything like that?

2. Are they any good?

3. Any similarly priced alternatives that someone would recommend?

No ballasts, they look like they are just xenon versions of the standard H4 bulb.

Don't touch the glass of the bulb when you install, if you do, wipe it very clean with isopropyl alcohol.

You can get these at a local autoparts shop (NAPA, Schuck's, Autozone, etc.)

I bought mine at the autopart store but I see newr3 has a good price per pair.
I then removed my headlights and machined the bulb hole larger to receive these strobes

A lot of headlights do not need the machining but the Rocket does.
Anyway it does make cagers notice you better of course the cagers have to have one more active brain cell then a dead cow
