Headlight Control by Start Switch

OK - I get what you mean now - a wig-wag circuit for the headlights.
You could probably do that fairly easily with just a flasher circuit using a 555 timer driving the headlight relays. But yes, could do through a PIC also.
Not something that I think would really have much broad market appeal though, so I don't see much return on the design effort unfortunately

Thanks, I know what to do now. Just though a wigwag circuit was what that young lady did as she walked around the block. I crack myself up.

I see you are showing a flasher module on your diagram and as near as I can tell this is something the Rocket 3 Touring does not have. The turn signal flashing appears to be controlled by the ECU

The flasher module is integrated into the Instrument panel on the Touring - but the mod is executed identically on the Touring.

I'd check your local laws before doing the wig-wag headlights.
Some jurisdictions restrict this to police vehicles.

Good point. You may have saved me from my self. I'll check it out.

Back to the original theme re the start-switch operated lighting control - this would be a simple retro to late model Roadsters that already have the additional OEM relay for headlight circuit.
i.e. no complete EB or DEcosse headlight relay (key-switch bypass) kit required to get this capability - can be installed stand-alone on those models.
