That is awesome. I will do whatever you need to help. I will also go pick up rolls or whatever else you need. I will have coffee brewing. As for beer or liquor there is a beverage store about 5 miles away. It's actually between the camp ground and hotel. They can get whatever they want to drink

The K9 is packed and loaded. Tomorrow 5/8 AM headed east to Jacksonville to see Rick Jr and family and celebrate Mother's Day. Could get there the 15th PM if someone else is getting there that early. Plan to leave Stearns Monday the 21st.

FYI...I called about my reservation at the motor lodge just to let them know I was canceling on my room. I did not get an answer, but I left a message and will try again later. I also mentioned that someone on the forum would address filling my spot for the room. There should be an opening and it's early enough to still make plans to go.

I still may show up to finally meet everyone. My decision will kind of come down to the wire. If I do go, I will make some last minute arrangements to stay in Whitley City, Williamsburg or other. They are not far from the gathering point. I'm paid up on the tent so all should be good.

Like the saying says...Whether it's here or there...wherever I'm at, that is where I'll be.

Thanks Be different. I called him today and he called me back. Jay and I are going up Saturday to spend the night and do some more last minute preps. Ime sure he will call you back. I hope you can make it somehow. If not we will see you next time

Dave and I plan on hitting stearns by 10 am the 16th so we can get some riding in before people start showing up. I was planming on staying in Norton Va. Or Bigstone Gap. I would stay in Appalachia Va. But not sure if the have any motels there bieng sich a poor area. From tbere I will cross just north of Black Mountain. Not any super slabs that way

currently planning to run up with you on 15th, but may just make it up to jax on 14th eve and nap there... maybe we can sneak in with the scot and scotty for some warm-up action... ;p
