I'm down to my last issue. I feel like I will never get to the end of the issues. Symptoms: While stopped, after blipping throttle, the idle will hang around 1800-2300 rpm for ~20 seconds then go down. to ~650 rpm then back up to ~850. Riding, no issues up or down shifting. On the way to a stop I can knock the Idle down with load on the motor.
What I have tried so far:
Sprayed water around TB boots, TB caps and vacuum hoses to check for leaks
Replaced all the hoses, but not the plastic piece.
Replaced all caps on the TBs.
Cleaned and lubed throttle bodies
Performed a TB sync.
Performed ISCV adjustment
Unplugged the stepper motor
Edited the PC5 to add 4% additional fuel at 0 and 2 throttle

i would think that it may be sticking where the two cables meet at the throttle shaft. there is a spring there that needs to be lubed.
that little spring area there is a system where you can hold the throttle closed as hard as you want and push on the little part and it will rev to 5000 rpm.
anyway spray it good then wide open the throttle then let it fly shut do this 3-4 times.

Just tried this, didn't seem to help. I looked up in there when it went from high idle to lower idle and did not see anything visually moving. My thought process was if something was stuck I should see it move back into place.

What were stepper and tps voltage readings on iscv when you did reset? Did you make any adjustments to stepper or tps. Are you running with your secondary’s in or have you removed them?

This is Carpenter Rocket #1. I was able to get the TPS to .60 and the stepper very close to .72. Secondaries are removed.
Sounds like the classic bad throttle position sensor.
I actually replaced that too when troubleshooting other issues.
