Well... this almost happened to me earlier this month ... after close to 2 1/2 years of ownership... running out of bling to add... running out of footpegs to scrape ... and two Rocket club outings in May... (over 2'000 miles, 3/4 of them in the rain...)
Then I parked the Rocket for a fortnight. I had to. An overwhelming sense of lassitude, coupled with continuously bad weather and some resurgent pain in my back.
I took her out today for a short ride and, lo and behold, I am in love again.
So, my 2 cents: Should Rocket weariness ever cross your mind, just take a short break. Riding enthusiasm, pride of ownership, etc. will all be rekindled at once the moment you hop back on it . Jamie
Ought to be fantastic , then, 'cuz last time was in early April '07. But I can already hear her whispering : Jamie ???... oh! ... ... ... please, not again... you... we... just did it, did not we ?

And when you try to step out of that bath you get into another soaking. It's cheaper to sit in the sand and do it by hand. And buy bonds with the money you save
