Funeral - Allan (Binnsy) Binns

Wasn't sure if it should have dates on it , like DOB and the date that he passed away. You blokes don't think we need to have that ? I've sent Sarah a text and asked her to have a read and see if she is happy with it. No great rush but i'd like to get the ball rolling before we take off for WA.

Will you be in Perth TC for a :bch:

No mate .. Albany will be our home base, Catherines home town. She reckons Bussleton be about as close to Perth as we're likely to get this time. Trips partly so Catherine can have xmas with her family , first time in eight years. I've got a beautiful young neice living in Perth who has just come out the other side of a horrific two year battle with cancer. She's a marine biologist and we are hoping that a few trips to show us where she used to do her work may inspire her to return to the career that she loves. Afraid the end result of all the surgery means she can no longer scuba dive. We're taking our 4x4 over with the Speedie in the back so we can visit all the beautiful remote diving spots along the coastline . My younger sister and Ree will take the 4x4 and me and Catherine will have the bike... PS I don't drink anything stronger than Liptons these days mate ;)

Mabey just one thing T.C.

Allan Roy Binns (Binnsy)

just a thing Iv'e got about names, Ilike them to be complete correct. I think this was his correct name butt it would be best to check it out. sorry for being picky you have done a great job with this thankyou for all your effort.

Mate, the wording's perfect. I think we should include the dates (1953-2012) after his name at the top but just a personal preference and happy to leave that decision to the family maybe. Good onya TC.

VALE
Allan ( Binnsy ) Binns

The lounges in this room were donated by Binnsy's fellow Triumph Rocket
III riding mates from all over Australia and across the Globe. We hope that
they will be of some comfort to you all during these most difficult of times.

Binnsy you're riding ahead of the pack now .. don't wait for us mate ..
We'll all catch up with you one day.

Please let me know if you think this is ok ? We have to have a plaque made to go under the clock ,plaque has to look to be part of the clock as Margaret is concerned everyone will want to put up plaques and she see's this as a potential issue. Maybe in the new year before we can actually deliver the lounges as i'm away for 3 weeks in WA . Let me know your thoughts fellas.

Perfect T/C I don't think it matters when the lounges are delivered, maybe some of the blokes would like to see them, Make a good photo that we can post on here as a living tribute that we don't remove. Just a thought.
