Clock purchased yesterday . Found one that looks ok but not too flash scumbags will be tempted to theive it ... i hope. Going to see local trophy guy and see what he suggests in the way of a plaque. Will get your input and ok before ordering anything.

Got a call yesterday letting me know the lounges are done. My mate descibed them as "superb" reckons they look fantastic and will be as comfortable as a bed to sleep on. Just a matter of finding the time for me and Tekcor to collect and deliver them. I know Tekcor has been under the pump work-wise and my mates shops closed Saturdays. I've still not done the wording for the plaque yet , been slack and busy myself. If anyone wishes to contribute ideas for the plaque feel free. I've got a quote from the engraver that did the RDU trophies , reckons $90-$130 for a 16"x11" plaque. That size would sit well under the clock we have already purchased. Just thought i'd let everyone know where we are at with it.

Freedom Rides on this Saturday. A mate has taken over this annual ride that was previously run by the OUTCASTS MC . 200+ bikes expected. Details on QLD.BIKERS.COM.

I rang Margaret , Unit Manager at the Palative care unit down at Logan. She was stoked to hear the lounges are ready, reckons the ones there now are "pretty rooted".. her words not mine sends her thanks to all involved.
