I am half way around the country on my 2006 R3 classic. Before I left on this trip I had my triumph dealer change out the front end fork springs to progressives. What I am noticing on this trip is that the front end wobbles a bit especially when making slow speed turns especially from stopped. However, I experimented and found that if I shake the handle bars a little bit when going 25-30 for instance, the front end wobbles as if it wants to keep doing that if you know what I mean? I am afraid to do this at highway speeds. Otherwise the bike seems fine on the road. Any helpful suggestions appreciated.

Mine did it severly the other day without warning at 35 mph......scared the piss outa me! I was coasting to a stop, let my hands drop to my sides and it happened

I have a brand new Avon Cobra @38 psi on front with 1000 miles on it.

I had it happen twice...both times was when i replaced the front tire. NOT BALANCED PROPERLY.

..could also be the steering neck bearings need checked/tightened..as for balancing the tires, I usually try to use dynabeads http://www.innovativebalancing.com/motorcycle.htm ..try to put 'em in the tire before the bead is seated during the tire change if ya have a 90* valve stem..they're a PITA to get in that way..I ended up having a local indy balance my front with a wheel balancer..
