I bought them from MADSS (Product ID: A9758085 Description: Footboard Kit) they didn't come with a sidestand but did come with a set of comprehensive instructions.
The difference in the sidestand was that the foot post moved from the side of the engine bar to the rear. It now comes out just where the chrome bar bends back in towards the bike. I can only assume that it was moved so that the rear of the heal-toe shifter wouldn't be in the way. The only difference in the brake line was the degree of one bend, so I slightly bent the original line and didn't have to crack the banjo fittings or bleed the brake.
I'm not used to the boards yet, I keep having to look down to see where my feet are located on the pad. Guess I was used to having that peg position my foot for me, they are more comfy being able to move your feet around.

As a rider of long standing who has ridden bikes exclusively with pegs for over forty years, I'll bet you a cheeseburger that once you have more saddle time with the pegs and a H/T shifter, you'll wonder why it took you so long to convert, HF!

Well the juries in, these are definately a keeper, went for a decent ride today (beaut weather by the way, bright blue sky a few clouds balmy 26C, 79F) found them very comfortable, don't think I will be going back.

Heel Toe Shifter

I love my classic Floor Boards......But HATE the heal Toe. I am 6'6" with size 14 shoe and it does not fit well between the H/T. I was thinking of just cutting off the Heel part.....HELP

footboards

I am looking at buying cyclesmith banana footboards and welding some fitting to the original bar, also keeping the original shifter any one has done any welding on the original bar?

Well, floorboards are fine and comfortable, so long as you ride like a girl. :p

It costs me enough replacing pegs the way I have to, I wouldn't want to pay the price of boards.

Yeah, sure, Paul, we know how reticent you are to put any $$$ into that Beastie of yours!
