and I sure hope my new tank is ready by then...

I should have pricing together by Monday then everyone can start booking rooms. We have all 24 rooms blocked for the weekend.

Fall Rocket launch Details
Dates --- Sept 25th - 28th
Where --- A Holiday Motel Maggie Valley (877-686-4386)
Agenda ----
Planned Rides for the 26th & 27th There will also be a planned ride on the 25th for those that want to arrive a day early. Local maps and discount attraction tickets will be available for those that want to venture out on there own. All planned rides will depart promptly at 9:00am.
Breakfast Buffet will be available between 7:00 & 9:00 each morning
Catered party each evening with 20X40 Party Tent, Bon Fire with unlimited supply of Marshmallows -- BYOB Coolers Furnished
Friday Night --- Burgers, Hotdogs, Brats with all the sides and fixings
Saturday Night --- Italian Night, Pizza, pasta Etc.
Sunday Night --- Barbeque Night, pulled pork, chicken, chili, lots of sides and fixings
Detail Menus will be included in the final agenda.
Cost ----
Single queen or 2 double bed rooms --- $55.00 per night
Two queen bed or 2 room suites --- $59.00 per night
Breakfast Buffet & Dinner Buffet --- $25.00 per day all inclusive tax/gratuity
Lunch stops will be included on the final agenda
The party tent is 350.00 for the weekend that includes setup and tear down the cost will be divided up equally between the attendees. should be $10.00 or less for the weekend.
General Info ---
Planned rides will be an average of 175 miles per day with many scenic stops and attractions.
An Equipped support vehicle will be provided / with trailer, tools, spare gas, first aid, package storage In case you shop, drinks, and snacks. Attendees not wanting to make the ride by bike may ride in the support vehicle.
We have 24 rooms blocked at the holiday that will accommodate 50+ attendees. Should we fill up an over flow location will be designated.
A credit card is required to make reservations card will not be charged until arrival. room, food and tent fee will be charged upon arrival. Cancelations must be made 1 week in advance to prevent charges. Any cancelations or no show not given 1 week in advance will be charged a 1 day room charge.
A detailed agenda will be provided by July 15th.

I just saw the dates on this. I think the first dates ya'll were leaning on I was ok. But can't do these dates. Am on-call ($$$$overtime money) so so pull me off of the rsvp list. Maybe I can make one of the other regional gatherings that month if one is not when I am on-call. I am on every three weeks.
