When I was returning from a 3K miles road trip 2 months ago, my engine start losing acceleration and suddenly picks it up. Initially I thought its only happening at high speed but later I found the issue at slow speeds too. The motorcycle will suddenly slows down and then pick up the speed again. I gave it to the dealer last month and he said he could not find any issues with the motorcycle and instead replaced the gaskets and other things. After that I took it for another 600 miles trip and on my way back I faced the same issue. I also saw while filling gas at the pump that 'Green color' fluid was dropping down the engine and I called up dealer he said it could be radiator leaking.
Now the problems is increased it drops acceleration very frequently and refuse to start sometimes. I'm tired of taking it to the dealers as they can't find any issues with it. Also now the radiator lights are ON when it switch off

Anybody faced this problem or have any inputs to help me out ?

Thanks,

idk, thanks for the details.
The green fluid was leaking from a cylindrical part right in front of the exhaust (left one) and behind the side stand. Two years ago I had the same idling issue while I was doing cross country trip, the motorcycle did not slow down (compression breaking) at the turn and I had to break hard and it slipped. At that time also dealer could not find any issue with motorcycle.

I am not sure I understand you right about the leak is it on the exhaust side or the throttle body side? If its down low it sounds like your burping it out of the radiator and its traveling down the drain line to the back left of the engine. This could be a bad radiator cap and she is not pressurized. This will boil the coolant at a lower temperature and force it out the overflow and pissing it on the ground.

If that does not sound like it you should look at the back of the head to see if its squeezing out the head gasket.

Leak is from the left side of the motorcycle (bottom). It happened once (a lot of) and that's it. but now when engine switch off in low speeds, I do see radiator light turning on on my odometer.

idk,

I don't switch off motorcycle it turns off itself when I stop at signal and that is the main issue here.
Temperature lights coming on as the engine turns off by itself when i stop at the signal or anywhere. And when I try to start the engine again, it takes at few attempts to do it. I have a 2006 Classic model

wat you are saying is that it wont idle and other times it wont come down to an idle ? I think the water leak is seperate from the idle isues

Green liquid... coolant.depositing left side? sounds like where the breather hose from the coolant overflow tank, is routed. If the dealers have overfilled the system, it "self levels" by pumping into the overflow tank, due to heat expansion, & then out on the ground!
Stalling at idle & maintaining revs on overrun( ie no engine braking) accompanied by some dodgy running issues? I'd agree with the above posts. It's ALMOST certainly TPS issues. Get a new one & use Tuneboy or TuneEcu to rebalance it with the ISCV reset program.

Thanks guys! I think you are right.... I have these idling issuie for long time now. Today when I tried again, it will turn off second after it starts and the oil/ radiator light turns on.
Can I replace TPS by myself or it has to be done by mechanic?

If you have the computor program ( Tuneboy or Tune Ecu) then its a very simple job ... humm well it is if you have triple filters on, & junked all the old airbox plumbing... not so sure whats accessable if not? Assuming you can connect the jack socket in, the 'motor ' end of the TPS is simply bolted on with a T star bolt; behind the 3rd throttle body( the one nearest the seat) Plug in your laptop & tuning program, rotate the tps end til it reads 0.6V on the test screen, hold firmly in place & tighten the bolt up. Then hit the reset ISCV button on the laptop screen ( tuning program.) job done! Do you know what the TPS cable looks like? where it sits? & do you have familiarity with the tuning programs? if NOT.. get the dealer to do it, & get learning! you WILL need to know tuning programs, they're too useful not to know.
