Engine Guards and Coolant Bottle Relocation

Where can I see a photo of the deflectors fitted to a Roadster?
A roadster is just a standard with black parts, where ever you can find them in the photo album they will be the same parts. Below is mine with them, imagine black forks.

puke tank for the radiator

you can check in streetrodder magazine, there are many different sizes of puke tanks for radiators in there. speedway motors in lincoln nebraska would be a good source, but you can easily find whatever size you want online also. they are all stainless polished with the proper tubes tigged in place along with two tabs that are also welded in place and you could use clamps to attach it to your engine guard/crash bar if you'd like to do it that way. just a thought, i have two of them, one on my 1924 dodge coupe hot rod, and my 57 ranchero, and they're easy to mount and work great.

Is there any reason why the original tank can't go under the seat (if you have triples)?

..nope..that's what I did..didn't even fasten it down....it rattles around in there nicely, with just enough room to easily lift it out of there to check the fluid level..ran the overflow hose straight down through..

Seems too easy! I was looking at buying a neat little alum or ss bottle. Think I'll do this instead and put the $$ towards something else. Tidier too.
