Fitted 5 sets to date - all needed engine support then lift or lower to align holes and the bolt slides out with virtually no resistance.
 
The trick that did it for me was supporting the weight from the front wheel and fork because the engine acts as a part of the frame and the front would push down on that bolt. So, if your front wheel is in the air, push something under it until the weight is relieved from the front engine bolt. Slided out easily after that for me... :thumbsup:
 
Update, success, yep it was just getting the jack to take enough pressure of the bolt. Once I hit the right spot the bolt slid out quite nicely. Now, with the bars on I have to relocate my driving/fog lights. They were attached to the radiator housing (you might be able to see them in the picture of my bike), anybody got any good ideas to relocate and a possible solution for new mounts/brackets?
