well here is a well hidden scam from ebay for buyers outside the US wanting goods shipped to their own address be it canada ,australia north pole etc etc.. before paying by paypal ENQUIRE WITH THE SELLER to find out if he subscribe to GSP SHIPPING (OWNED BY EBAY ) and if he does make sure he opted out of the gsp international shipping here is the link http://ssc.channeladvisor.com/howto/using-ebay-global-shipping-program

GSP will automatically remove the customer 's address and replace it with their own and apply charges to the customer on his paypal account a ridiculously high charge for presumably custom and OTHER CHARGES . then ship the goods to the original customer. it happened to me for a small decal I got charged $28.00 by GSP then the canadian custom charged me for goods imported the decals were $24.00 a smooth rip off by ebay and unknown to customers as it is agreed upon by the sellers only upon application .
