Drive shaft spline lube

No its really a easy job. Most people read or design to much into it. Kind of like which grease is best now that it getting hard to find the honda lube. Myself I use Molykote. Hood enough for aerospace goid enough for the Rocket. That and it was free
 
I’m surprised this post has remained ‘on topic’ for so long. Generally this site goes nuts when someone talks about ‘lube’.

Why not both. Excess lube never hurt anyone or anything... well, except weather sealed bearings
