Do ride modes work still after using tune ecu maps? I dont want 100% throttle if the roads are wet lol

Depending on what you changed the ride modes aren't usually affected. The ETV tables have 3 listings (1,2, and 3) number 1 is rain, 2 is road, and 3 is sport. As long as you don't change anything in 1 or 2 they are not affected. What will be affected if you dorked with ANY table is cruise control. That will not operate until a switch check is performed after making changes to the ECU.
If you made changes to ETV 3 to increase the power a drop-down will ask if you want to change the other 2 tables, that is asking if you want cylinders 2 and 3 maps in ETV 3 to have the same settings, NOT the ETV tables 1 and 2 for rain and road.
