thunderbolt ,
Generally speaking, retarding timng
makes it start easier , advancing to much labors starting.
I highly doubt dealer either retarded or advance timing
CHECK battery lose connection .

OR possibly if they were working on bike, they
didn't pull head light fuse like suppose too, and drained
battery some .
Suppose to just have parking lights working

How does it run and sound with the D&D's and new tune ?

I have been thinking about those pipes and a Tuneboy map..

Is there a D&D sound bit around to listen to?

Dont remember one :?

That sounds correct to me. Same thing my dealer did.

I've got D&Ds on mine with a K&N under the tank. never could get it to run perfect until Tuneboy. Reset TPS and stepper motor loaded 20050_2 tune off website. She is running better than she ever has.

Why would the dealer load an old tune (20054) and not 20149?

You might want to ask them, Thunderbolt

I don't know if it's necessarily the best - but it is the latest from Triumph (and supposedly the new tunes fix the idle/stall problem some people have been having)

I have the Classic and the new tune for Aftermarket with no cat is 20144
