I have an ancient car tire setup that bolts into the garage floor. After my last set of tires on the Rocket, I vowed I was going to make something so the next time I wasn't fighting with the rim on the floor. I bought the HF motorcycle changer, made some mods and welded some legs on I so I could bolt it to the top of the car changer (basically using it as a stand). Part of the mods was to buy a head similar to the max2h and bolt it to a piece of steel tubing. Made the swap of my front tire MUCH easier, and the subsequent 4 tires I swapped out on my Dad's two Wings. Well time for some tweaks on it I think as I'm getting ready to swap another Max on the Rocket in the next few days. If I think about it when I have it setup, I'll snap some shots and post them.
