If you got a roll of bills in your pocket then get what you like but honestly, Flipmeister 50 cent throttle lock is the best way to go.
I dont have a roll of bills "taking donations though"

I have the BreakAway on my R3T. One thing of note, the levers are huge on the Rocket and interfere with the operation of the brake release. I didn't install that part of the unit and it seems to work just fine using the thumb switch only.

There's another product called the Vista Cruise. Same principle. Very inexpensive.
Black plastic. I've used it before and it works just as well.

Installed it on my R3T and the break release installed fine with the two extensions they provided.

I looked over on Flip's site and i don't see the throttle lock you referred to, norton. Where can i find it?

Thanks, guys. I thought that the gizmo might
be something available for sale on Flipmeister's site.

I won't be entrusting my life to some homemade device, but, hey, that's just my view from the bridge.

Yeah, the flip 50 cent mod is basically a washer that makes the throttle stick. There is no return tension with it installed. You have to make **** sure you spin the throttle off manually.
But it does give your wrist a much needed break.
