Looks like someone bumped my rear turning signal, now it's crooked. I tried to loosed the bolt on the side, but it just keeps spinning and not really backing out. It won't tighten back down either and the light assembly is still crooked. How do you fix this?

I think it's a "kinda" trapped but. In rubber. Probably need to take it off at the signal to bike mount/ connection. To get to the nut and hold it. My front did the same spin thing. And that's what it felt like to me

The indicator is part T2707333 and shows as not available. The diagram shows a backing nut so to remove you have to capture the nut:

It looks like its had quite a knock. So much so, that the alignment spigot has been pulled out of the main housing.
As both the turn signal and main housing is made from rigid plastic, I will assume that the turn signal unit is toast.......however.....before you order up a replacement, I think that you really need to open up the main housing and try to see if either the allen bolt can be loosened and the turn signal unit can be fixed back into the main housing with the spigot/pin slotted back into its locating hole.
If that can't be achieved then also check the captive nut that the turn signal fixing bolt screws into....You state that the allen bolt turns and will not loosen or tighten (?). That could mean that the main light housing could also be damaged internally where the nut is held in place.
