Then you would probably enjoy the Young Guns Saddle quite a bit, maybe even have that extra 1/2 inch shaved off like the Scot did. I've got a 36" inseam and my knees are bent a good 15-20 degrees sitting flat footed on the ground. I particularly like the narrower front and the "saddle horn"-like part that goes against the tank. While the high back keeps me from sliding back taking off, the high front keeps me off the tank during stops.
Man, a scooped out saddle and 11" rear shocks would set the bike right down where you could practically walk over it. LOL
Dropping the rear and the low seat might make the front end look like a chopper.
There could be an issue with the handle bars if you have shorter arms as well. Mine were a tad high with the Corbin so I loosened the clamps and dropped 'em some while pulling back at the same time. I got them set right at the point where the grips are at their furthest point back, that has the bars almost touching the tank at the turn stops.
