I have many friends living under the oppression of HOAs. One is involved in a long protracted law suit against his.
All suck and like you, I feel they are Nazi power crazed fu*k heads!
If they are not commissioned coppers, doubtful they have authority to tow your vehicle from YOUR property.
Even the cops can not tow an unlicensed vehicle from private property.

I have a practice of putting the sticker on the fork, only visible by peering directly down from above. I could see someone challenging me on it once, after that, I would expect them to remember, "Oh, I've checked that vehicle already and he's good." I feel for you. I had a scooter stolen from in front of my house about ten years ago, and twenty years before that, someone stole a pickup from right under my nose out front.

@1olbull unfortunately, we do not own the parking spaces, the HOA does and it is out of the goodness of their hearts that they allow the home owners to have two spaces per home. (Bless their hearts). I park the bike between My 4Runner and Pretty Pillion's Hyundai.
@Steel The HOA has charged the hired security company with making sure that no unlicensed, unregistered or uninspected is parked on THEIR property.

After several days of watching the tire closely, I am convinced someone let the air out of it. My neighbor has a security camera but it doesn't quite view the parking area. I really don't want to have to install a camera myself but that may be the next step.

@Boog why not try and get another sticker and put it on your bike cover?
Pretty sure that would work because the security guys will still lift the back to check the plate. I very immaturely threatened them last year and have not seen them do it since, however, I have heard they still do usually after 10PM.

My real concern is with someone sabotaging my bike.

I was going to suggest attaching a phony pipe bomb to the front wheel so when they lifted the cover they just might s**t themselves. However, after considering it you would no longer be dealing with the HOA but HOMELAND.....Just glad that you didnt have any issues before you discovered the low pressure.
