Color Coordinated Radiator Cowl and Screens

Thinking seriously about changing the rather gaudy radiator configuration to blacked out for my 07 Classic. The parts alone from Triumph come to $652.78!
An alternative is to just get the blacked out grille and side grilles for $360 and leave the cowl chromes as is the case with the new Roadsters.
Does anyone have pics of the fully color coordinated set on the bike?

Paint the cowls - leave the grill chrome.

If you are OK with a slightly SATIN finish - PLASTIPDIP. You can always peel it of if you don't like it. Why waste cash?.

Also look about for painted cowls on ebay etc - I found a set (they'd been blue but painted professionally) in a Triumph shop in the UK. Cost me about 80 bucks - NEW.
