MTC has been my choice. You can explode the internal clutch hub inside there basket and not even scratch the anodizing of the basket. Of course you wil have to buy a new blower cover and a new hub. Imagine you drain the radiator and remove it after also draining the oil. Then you pull all them little bolts out of the clutch cover (in my case blower cover) and you tap on it to lossen up the cover gasket, and just as you pull the cover off it sound like broken glass hitting the floor lordie bits everywhere:D even buggured up the transmission input shaft so you get to pull the motor. Ah the fun of being young :D

How much hp were you rocking when that happened? And what was the process for that to be done? Did you install bearings and springs and such?
I think 217hp, a lot of RPM and on the back wheel when it let go.
I only replaced the basket as all parts we’re still good - I did shut it down as soon as it happened

I didn't shut mine down it locked the engine and running gear up. One unusual note, I didn't break the clutch lifter shaft.

Although it was stuck in the blower/clutch cover ;)

I recieved the clutch assembly from Australia and will measure fibers and steels this weekend to see where the 159.00 busa kit compares. After 2500 miles and a trip to the drag strip the busa kit is an awesome replacement for oem. reguardless that it cost less than half of oem fibers and steels. @Ishrub thanks for the tip on this at 350 what a deal. Thanks man
Hi Kevin, these are what I need! Can you give me a link where you got them from. Thanks.

I bought a kit from schnitz racing, the suzuki kit has the fibers and steels, set up for judder springs, but it has springs and a gasket i just gave to my tuner as i dont know about the busa springs. Schnitz sells different sets with just fibers (KG is the name and for busa) MTC engineering also has fibers for us and barnett, some rocketeers do away with the judder springs and put in a regular fiber in its place of the small fiber and judder springs https://store.schnitzracing.com/suzuki-oem-complete-clutch-kit-suzuki-hayabusa-08-20/
