Thanks for the picture. OH and did you soak your fibers in oil like over night? if not ya I can see the clutch being a little grippy but your idea can be valid. there should be a punch mark on the lifter shaft and the clutch actuating arm for alignment.

They soaked for about 4 hours I think, but the Barnett kit said 3 minutes!! 3 minutes ain't going to do a lot is it? But they are carbon fibre.
Interesting! your dots line up, mine are 3 splines out and towards the cable, I think that is reducing the effectiveness of the lever as it gets up towards the cable. I took a pic and put it back where it was but bike was written off, left hand side, so the arm may have been replaced.
Started thinking I just wasted £220 but the clutch plates were breaking apart so would have needed replacing, even if that wasnt causing the drag. I shall move the arm tomorrow and see.
