Closing the secondaries - sound impact?

Will use TuneEcu to close em up and will give it a try when spring hits Sweden. See if I get a hold of a "decibel-o-meter". Just curious of what you guys think, especially on the sound levels

IMO all you will be doing buy shutting down the secondaries is make the mixture in the pipes rich. this might cause the bike to back fire in the pipes from raw fuel and heat. Also if the stick a sniffer up the pipe to read any gases for inspection they might find out you ar enot getting a good burn and therefore might fail the emiisions portion just to pass the noise portion. I also would stick to changing the pipe and tune back before inspection. In the states I have been in that do inspections it is not hard to find an inspector that likes money more then proper results.

You didn't mention what pipes you are currently running? I'd certainly try the original pipes for the inspection if it's possible to swap them easily enough.I'd doubt you'd get the noise regs legal otherwise.

Yes when I used to drink zubrówka with some anchovie stuffed olives was what I called a garden salad!!! Of course Garlic stuffed olives would also work well

Yes but as I started to enjoy my drinking I soon realized that if the substance did not have a cork in it it was not worth drinking with the exception of a mason jar. So I switched to Knob Creek and well I have kin folk on the cumberland plateau that know how to squeeze the sustanance out of corn
Now I do not drink anymore and have money to waste on my new additction

Because I dont think shutting the secondaries down will work.(you would be better off making new baffles for your pipes,slip in slip out ones):smoking:

I just passed my 12 year anniversary of sobriety, it's not for everybody but it's working out real well for me !
