Can Anyone Recognize This???

Or talk yourself out of it .. looks more Indian than Harley to me .. but I'm in no way anywhere near .. or even know what I'm talking about.

As we all be, Mate!

Looks like an Indian to me, but there has to be something about the photo for you to shell out big bucks other than just having an Indian motocycle in it. So what is it?

Morris,
1) To me the first attraction was that it's artsie craftie and appeals to my eyes.
2) If it indeed be an Indian, it's yet way more desirable, considering my Dad was an Indian dealer and I was raised among them.
3) I feel it would look real good in my living room as a homage to my Dad. All my family and close friends are keenly aware of my Indian heritage.
4) Thanks to that photo sent by @Buck Mossie, I have purchased the painting!

That is an image of a 1929 ish Indian Scout...

Buck!!!
You, sir, are a class act!!! This photo looks to be the EXACT motor used in the drawing!
I very much appreciate you researching this for me and this photo shall be printed and set beside the painting.
The "Motocycle" cast into the primary cover was the give a way for me, but alas I lacked the fortitude to drop the hammer on the painting based only on this.
I hope to thank you in person at RAA X.

Indian Scout

looks like it might of been a police bike I see siren mounted'

I looked up photos of other 1929 Scouts and they pretty much all had this.
Perhaps it was just a horn.

I suspect that's a good ol' Klaxon. I've toyed with the idea of putting one on my R3 but my son manages to talk me out of it every time.

Nice painting btw, very cool.

It should be here Friday. I'll take a better pix then and post just for $hits & giggles.
