That is a great question. I'll say that 99% of folks will NOT care. 1% might if they are disreputable and should go out of business anyway.

The hard part here, is, I'm not familiar with your dealer and if they're in the 99% or the 1%.

Perhaps you would be explicit about who it is, and someone might comment.

As they are checking cam timing etc, I doubt very much that they will be looking at the tune, that's a whole different work job.
Don't fret, and don't say anything about a different tune. Simple.
