I was browsing some of the web sites I used to be active on and came across this video that was taken in Miami, Ok at the East Meets West V8 Ralley that I attended last May. It brought back old memories of days gone buy.
Hurrican Katrina, FEMA and the Corps of Engineers are the reason I had to sell my Boss. The S O B'S didn't pay what was owed, but that's another story. I replaced it first with a Valkyrie and now this Rocket. Both bikes are great but I don't think I will be able to get my Rocket to smoke the rear tire like my 385 HP small block with 100 horse shot of laughing gas or like the guys in the video.
Check out the burn out competition on this video. Enjoy!!

I really like the RED SMOKE from this guys tire. You will see Stan a few times in the video. He owns and builds the V8 Choppers there in Miami, Ok.

Given a bit of provocation, and a supercharger, they'll smoke even a CT easily.

Oops, I posted before I watched the vid. Even mine won't smoke em like that.

There are many burn out videos, many showing Harley burn outs. If I had a Harley I would worry about engine heat. Can you imagine an air cooled engine being stressed while sitting still with no air flow?

Wow, this is an oldie!

HDs and burnouts? Probably manage OK. They don't normally get a real lot of air flow any way.

There's a funny clip somewhere of a guy trying to get the rear to spin on his Harley and best he could mange was a slipping clutch.

I stopped into the Dyersburg, Tennessee Boss Hoss plant. Besides the fact that i could buy a house for what they wanted for them, it would be a nice addition to the stall.
