Brake line sizes ASAP

Hi Guys,
Can anybody provide me with info regarding banjo sizes etc for the front brake lines? Where can i get a set quickly? I am putting 13" apes on my rocket and my Triumph dealer isn't sure what size to order. He wants me to take my lines off to be sent out so that new ones can be made with an extra 4 inches.
I am in the middle of my short riding season and don't wish to ride with out front brakes (again).

If it's not in the service manual or list at bikebandit.com you might send a pm to member Damd8279 from Aus, he has installed some pretty tall hangers on his bike, he might know.
