i'm thinking it's the pressure switch on the rear brake. the switch on the front brake seems to be working fine. i did not have a problem until after i replaced the rear tire. i do not know if that has anything to do with it or not. i'm going to pick my bike up friday and i'll let you know.

I have the same problem. I thought maybe I was letting my foot hit the rear brake but I don't think so. My wife has complained about it and this weekend the rider behind me at the RAID complained about it. It's hard to know cause you can't see it. Everytime I get off and check it, it seems just fine.

well i got my bike back saturday. i live about 60 mile from the shop, 10 miles from my house the brake light came on and stayed until about 10 miles from the shop, my luck. so when i got there it was working fine. i told the guys what was going on, they said they would check everything out. they said everything check fine, bike ran great and they could not get the brake light to stay on, said it worked fine. i went and picked it up knowing it would come back on before i got home. well it didn't . i rode it several hours two different days and my wife rode it to work last night and everything was fine. i have no clue what was going on or why it all of a sudden stop (or fixed itself). so i can't offer any help like i thought i could. all i can say is start driving it toward the shop and it will be so afraid it will not be rode for a few days and straighten up!

well mine's going back friday, stayed on most of the weekend. they said it did sound like the pressure switch since it's only doing it when it's hot. like the switch is sticking.
