best pads and fulid to use.

Hi all, just did a check on the bike looks like its time for new brake pads and a bleed. Whats the recomendation, I have seen a bit of talk about ebc pads? I live in a fairly warm climate year round so does that mean using a higher Dot rating for fulid?

I installed rear double sintered EBC pads that you can get on Flipmeisters Specialty Products
They perform much better than stock and I will definitely use them on the front when it's time.

There is a little extra wear on the rotor so if you want your rotor to remain extra shiny I would stay away from HH however that is not something I am concerned with and the extra breaking performance is welcome.

As for fluid I have always used generic dot4 fluid. Dot5 will perform better but has a higher affinity for moisture so needs to be replaced more often. For that reason I always stick with Dot4.
