Probably too soon but has anyone replaced stock battery yet? If so with what?
Noticed not much choice as the dimensions are not the same on higher cca batteries from my search. Just looking. I'm thinking such a large engine would make higher cca's better. No? Maybe not, otherwise engineers would have different one stock. What say you.
Thanks
I tried to go down the motobatt route but they didn't have one to fit in the hole that wouldn't require modifying the brackets that fit nicely in the recess the original battery has in its top so decided against replacing it for now....I wanted to put the yuasa in my mule which had a bad battery.
Lithium are smaller so I assume no problem with fit, you checked dimensions?Since 360 cca you don't think higher than stock would be a problem for electronics? Stock is 270.

In general, the higher both the CCA and RC values, the better. However, if you live in a cold climate, you should pay special attention to the CCA value when choosing a battery. Conversely, if you live in a warm climate, you don't need much CCA. High cca value does not damage the electronic system . Size doesn't matter. Lithium batteries are sold with size enlargement pads.
