Well, this is it built. It fits quite nicely behind the battery as mentioned above. It has two switched & two un-switched. Not as pretty as the Eastern Beaver but it does the job and cost around $15

By removing the load of the ignition from the ignition switch you've helped to protect the ignition switch from failure ... but most likely just given it more time. The additional benefit of the bypass relays is significantly BRIGHTER headlights, you can see some posted photo's of the difference in those past threads as well.

The ignition switch is such a weak link in the chain that it causes resistance, enough of a "pinch-point" in the river that headlights take on a yellow tint from the reduced power. Bypassing the ignition allows them to be bright white and fill in the pattern gaps I'm sure you've noticed on the ground while riding in the dark. Your resulting improvement in night vision and visibility will literally "Skyrocket" (pun intended). lol
