The Triple D slip on exhaust on EBay for 410 shipped.....?

Made in Ohio...a bit unusual that it uses a bolted on SS end baffle

Just wondered if anyone has seen or heard of this as a cat bypass slip on. 410 is bone cheap shipped hence is the pipe a POS?
