My ignition switch went out at 65,000 miles. I had idle issues at 50,000 that were fixed by a new tune. The oil tank O rings also blew out at 65,000 miles, which I replaced myself. Dealer has replaced the fork seals twice.
Starting at about 60,000 have been blowing out starter relays about every 10k miles. I always carry a new one with me and I advise everyone else to also. Its an 11 dollar part, but you could spend hundreds of dollars and waste a LOT of time if you don't have one when you need it. (NAPA Echlin Part #AR170). The fickle clutch/kickstand ignition kill switches act up from time to time.......**** things! They are installed on the bike for safety but could leave you stranded out in the middle of nowhere......not very safe IMO.
No other problems after 90,000 miles. Well, except for the infamous paint can rattle which I have had off and on since about 10k, but actually, come to think of it, have not heard for a long time.
