ABS Light on over 80km

I would put the bike on a jack and rotate the wheels looking at the ABS rings to see if they are bent. Have you changed a tyre recently? - those rings are pretty soft and easy to damage, the weight thing is a bit of a stretch I think.

exactly what happened to me, took mine off and hammered them flat on a piece of steel...

Sorry for the delay in response guys works been a ***** and thank you for all your feed back.

To answer questions,
When I stood on the brakes when the light was on it locked up so it's obviously abs not working.
Standard 240 avon tyre
Fluids seem to be all topped up

I'm starting to think the weight thing was a none issue like a few of you guys said as it came on for my friend too.

So she is booked in for next week at my local triumph dealer hopefully nothing too damaging to my wallet.

When it comes to mechanics I know the basics, fiddling around with the rings and flattening stuff I'm not 100% confident working on her (is much rather ride her)

Thanks agin guys and will keep you updated
