Whats the most gas you ever put in your Rocket 3? I did this during my last trip on the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Thats 25.1 Liters... holy crap that is impressive. I ride my bike fairly close to empty after the display says "0km Left" and still only manage to get about 21 or maybe 22 liters in... bravo!

6.21 gallons is the most I can remember putting in. That was riding 35 miles past where it went to 0 miles left.

By my reckoning that's 24.83 litres. In any case I'd be more inclined to question the accuracy of the pump rather than the elasticity of your tank.

I had 24 liter's in mine ( owner's manual say 23.5 L) but i had to rock the bike a bit to get fuel in above the filler neck in the intended air space you were not suppose fill past .I guess it's ok if you ride and park it straight after filling up

I went to the Stealer for my 500 mile check up. Kept the gas in the tank low to helpl with the lifting of the tank. When i returned It was on empty for sure. Closest gas station was about 7 miles and the Touring took 6.4 gallons. Book says 5.8 tank size. I now fill up at 1/4 tank as Hans says it helps keep the fuel pump cooler.
