Interesting observation. To me the Triumph twins are some of the best looking bikes on the market. We have a couple of late 60's TR6C's that we're going to restore and I really think the new Hinkley twins are a pretty close approximation of the older bikes, style wise of course. The new ones don't leak oil or suffer from random electrical failure.

I've never been a fan of the cruiser look, Harleys don't do much for me and the metric clones do even less. To me a Ducati, any Ducati, followed closely by MV Agusta are the epitome of bike art. I only ride a cruiser style bike due to the fact that my old body isn't tolerant of the riding position dictated by a proper motorcycle.

So there ya go. The old different strokes thing. That's why its great there are so many choices out there.

Yep. That's why some like red heads and some like blonds. My self,,,,,I like em all! :D But, bikes and cars,,,,well it's got to do it for me or it ain't happening. I liked my ST1300 best overall,,,,but like you,,,,I can't ride in that position anymore. :(
