Met Valerie Thompson several years ago when we were standing in line waiting to board a flight to Columbus, Ohio. I was headed to Mid Ohio for a race and she was headed to a drag strip somewhere in Ohio for an all Harley drag racing event. Sat next to her on the flight and learned a bit about her experience and aspirations. It appears she has since realized some of those goals. An impressive young lady.
