Thanks to global climate change, we've had a regular frequency of "bonus days" to ride on this winter.

Yep its going to be 18c (65F) here tomorrow so I'm riding for sure. I'll get to try out my new tire on the sandy streets of Medicine Hat, AB. We have had a great winter, but it still seems like a long time since I've ridden.

Hey, fellas', Just remember to get the rust out of your systems before you get your ya-yas out on the road. Reflexes dull over the wintertime layoff and cabin fever dulls the senses overall. Be careful for winter-remnant road hazards (sand, salt, potholes, etc.), remember that the road surfaces and tire temps are cooler than during the meat of the riding season (hence less grip/traction) and have a ball as we, in the cooler parts of the Western Hemisphere, enter into the 2016 motorcycling season!

If its over 40 F and dry, I ride to work if nothing else. Heading out on a 5 hour trip to meet up with old friends tomorrow and back on Sunday. Looks like rain most every day next week and I am not happy about it.
